An ice cream factory is haunted by a chocolate, a vanilla and a strawberry phantom. It’s up to Scooby-Doo and the gang to solve this mystery. . . . Blue Falcon and his inept mechanical sidekick, Dynomutt the Dog Wonder, fight the evil Blimp. This dastardly villain is stealing Big City’s helium supply to create a helium ray that will turn every citizen into a helpless balloon.
