Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends is an American animated television series that aired on Cartoon Network from 2004 to 2009. The show was created by Craig McCracken, who also created The Powerpuff Girls.

The series revolves around a young boy named Mac who is forced to give up his imaginary friend, Bloo, because his mother believes he has outgrown him. Mac then visits Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends, a sanctuary for abandoned imaginary friends, where he discovers a whole world of imaginary friends with different personalities and abilities.
